Creating learning experiences
that inspire growth and mastery.
Tiffany Emanuel
Instructional Designer & Developer
I am the triple threat: instructional designer, graphic designer, and web designer. I've built training programs from the ground up, led teams, followed briefs, and worn every hat in between. Whether I'm designing the instruction or pushing pixels, I bring sharp strategy, creative fire, and execution that gets results.
With a B.S. in Cognitive Psychology and an M.A. in Learning, Design, and Technology in progress, I don’t just apply learning theory; I can explain why it works or why it doesn’t. I analyze the data, spot the disconnects, and translate the numbers into strategy. Then, I deliver the insight clearly, professionally, and with impact, no matter who is in the room.
At my core, I design to empower learners, teams, and organizations. Building from scratch or refining existing work, I am passionate about creating genuinely compelling and engaging experiences. If you're seeking someone who blends strategy with soul, let's connect!
Professional experience.
